Problem Description:

GEANT Ticket: 2023052534002014

During the above-mentioned window, GEANT OC will be upgrading the current
JUNOS software to v20.4R3S7. There will be approximately 2 hours of expected
outage during the window however, the entire window is reserved.

Internet traffic with GEANT will be re-routed via the backup access in Paris.
Stitched L2 links will be interrupted during the upgrade.
