Problem Description:

Sunrise/UPC has announced a fiber maintenance in St. Gallen. During the work, the fiber cable between Uni SG and Bhf. SBB St.Fiden will be interrupted, so the backup access to Uni SG will be down. SWITCHlan services will be rerouted to alternative paths, being affected just the redundancy.
