Ticket Description:	Fiber cut in Lugano

Problem Description:

We have lost the northbound links (to Zurich/Arth-Goldau) from Lugano. Presumably this is due to a fiber cut. Connectivity of Lugano and surroundings is still guaranteed through westbound connections (towards Bern, Sion/Lausanne, Geneva).

The provider informed us that the cable has been fully repaired by 16:55. The power levels that we see at the receiving ends are close to the situation before the cut.

We have been informed that an optical cable has been damaged in the City of Lugano, possibly by rodents. A repair crew has been dispatched to isolate and repair the issue. Our supplier cannot give an ETR at the moment.
